Hi, I'm Bridgit, founder of Apex Wellness Co.

 

My healthcare journey began in 2012 when I graduated as a Registered Nurse. I spent the first three years of my career caring for patients on a stroke unit, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and learned the importance of compassion during some of life's most challenging moments.

 

Afterward, I transitioned into emergency nursing, where I discovered my passion. For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of caring for patients during some of their most difficult and unexpected days. As a Certified Emergency Nurse and holder of multiple additional healthcare certifications, I have built my career around providing skilled, evidence-based care while helping patients feel supported, informed, and safe.

 

While I am grateful for my years in emergency medicine, my experiences have also shown me the importance of preventive health, wellness, and recovery. Too often, people wait until they are exhausted, dehydrated, burned out, or struggling before prioritizing their health. I founded Apex Wellness Co to help individuals take a proactive approach to their well-being and to make high-quality wellness services more accessible and convenient.

 

As a mother of four daughters, I understand firsthand how busy life can become. Between work, family, activities, and everyday responsibilities, finding time to care for yourself often falls to the bottom of the list. My goal is to bring professional wellness services directly to clients, helping them feel their best without adding more stress to an already full schedule.
