Apex Wellness Co provides mobile IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Our services are elective and designed for wellness enhancement, not for treating acute medical emergencies. We do not provide primary care, and our services are not a substitute for regular medical checkups. Acceptance for treatment is subject to medical eligibility based on your health history. You agree to provide honest, accurate information about your health. We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe for you. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes from our therapies. Appointments must be made in advance. If you are outside our standard mobile service area in Kansas or the KCMO metro, additional fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to your location at the time of the appointment. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign consent. Our medical staff is trained to minimize risks, but you acknowledge that IV therapy involves inherent risks such as bruising, infection, or allergic reactions, and you voluntarily assume these risks by consenting to treatment.
