Important Pathway Information
All NAD+ Express services are subject to clinical eligibility and prescribing-provider orders. Treatment frequency may be adjusted based on response, tolerance, clinical findings, or provider direction.
Unused pathway treatments do not roll over beyond the applicable expiration period unless an extension is clinically indicated or authorized by Apex Wellness Co.
Pathway pricing cannot be combined with other percentage-based discounts unless specifically stated. Standard mobile service-area, scheduling, travel, cancellation, and appointment policies apply.
