Apex Wellness Co
Full payment is due at the time of your service. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a $75 late fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service amount. If our medical team determines you are ineligible for treatment during the visit for safety reasons, you will only be charged a $25 travel and assessment fee. We strive to provide reliable care, but we may occasionally need to reschedule due to extreme weather or staffing issues.
Booking and Cancellations
Package and membership purchases are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframes provided at checkout. If you need to cancel a membership, please provide 30 days' written notice. In the event that a refund is approved by management for a specific circumstance, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement. Our goal is to keep Kansas City and surrounding communities healthy, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage our mobile schedule.
