Every celebration is a little different. Your final investment is based on your participant count, selected wellness services, event location, staffing needs, timeline, and any optional enhancements. Starting IV pricing reflects Essential Hydration. Group event pricing applies to eligible Wedding Event services. Travel, additional clinical staffing, parking or venue requirements, extended event coverage, and customized enhancements may be additional. All wellness services are subject to individual clinical eligibility and applicable medical orders.

Planning Your Wedding Wellness Experience
To provide a seamless experience, Apex uses a few important planning deadlines.
14 Days Before Your Event — Finalize Your Experience
Final participant count and requested IV selections are due. This allows Apex to confirm staffing and order or reserve the medications and supplies needed for your group.
4 Days Before Your Event — Complete Clinical Requirements
Each participant must complete required intake forms and any applicable Good Faith Exam requirements. Participants who have not completed required clinical steps by the deadline may be unable to receive services.

Celebrating sooner? We may still be able to help.
Wedding & Bridal Events requested inside our standard planning window may be considered on an accelerated timeline, based on nurse availability, medication and supply inventory, participant count, location, and the ability to complete all required clinical steps before the event. Accelerated bookings are not guaranteed, and service selections may be limited to available inventory. Have a last-minute celebration? Ask us about availability.
FAQs
How many people are required?
No minimum group size. Apex can serve a bride and groom, an intimate group, or a larger wedding party.
Does everyone receive the same IV?
No. Each participant is assessed individually.
Can Apex come to a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, when the location is appropriate and access/venue rules allow it.
Can guests drink alcohol before treatment?
Apex may decline treatment if a participant is intoxicated or significantly impaired.
Can we add guests at the last minute?
Late additions are subject to staffing, inventory, timing, and clinical eligibility.
Do you offer Snow Bright or NAD+ at weddings?
Snow Bright may be scheduled separately before the wedding. NAD+ IV therapy is not offered during Wedding & Bridal Events.
